This 121 service is designed to help women inside and outside of the gym, providing high levels of support on a daily basis.
For most people, what we do inside the gym is only a small proportion of what we need to improve to become fitter, healthier and stronger.
This is where 1:1 coaching can really help, by not just focusing on things like nutrition and training, but other areas like sleep, routine, hydration and even downtime!
I work with you to show you how you can implement these into a busy lifestyle to still get AMAZING results!
Included in the service:
Personalised Nutrition plan based on your food preferences, lifestyle, and eating preferences.
Personalised Training program and weekly feedback on progress.
Weekly reviews with feedback on any amendments to be made each week
Daily support, motivation and accountability via WhatsApp giving you ‘on the go coaching’
Access to a training and nutrition app so you can record workouts, keep track of food and set daily habit targets.
1:1 Coaching - training Only
£100 - Month
This 121 service is designed to help women build amazing strength and confidence inside the gym, helping them progress their training faster than ever and start smashing PB’s.
This coaching option is ideal if you already have some experience in the gym but have hit a plateau with training or want that extra kick to get you moving forward, but don't feel the need for support with nutrition or other lifestyle factors.
I work with you on a 1:1 basis providing support each week on training and technique.
Included in the service:
Personalised Training program and weekly feedback on progress.
Weekly review with feedback including any amendments to technique and exercises based on your previous weeks performance.
Access to a training app with full video demo guide, so you can record workouts and leave feedback for me to review.
